AI Negotiation Coach data handling

The AI Negotiation Coach sends your input to Google’s Gemini API for processing. We do not retain your inputs after the response is generated. Google’s data handling for Gemini API is governed by Google’s Cloud privacy commitments.

We recommend not entering specific deal-confidential information (named landlord, named broker, specific property addresses) in the AI Coach. Use generic descriptions (“Class A office in downtown Seattle, 5,000 SF, 5-year term”).

Calculator inputs: not retained server-side

Data security

We use HTTPS site-wide, secure hosting (Firebase Hosting on Google Cloud), and reasonable administrative controls. No system is 100% secure; we recommend good password hygiene for any account you create with us.

Children’s privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a parent believes their child has provided data, contact us at privacy@commercialleasecost.com for deletion.

Changes to this policy

We post material updates on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes are also announced in the site footer for 30 days.
